• Top Of The Hill is a newly constructed home, and offers a full compliment of modern amenities. Along with the home's 3 bedrooms, two baths and gourmet kitchen, "The Hill" offers a great room with vaulted ceilings. A spacious, partially covered deck awaits just outside the large glass doors and is backdropped by a spectacular view in all directions with the blue waters of the Atlantic to the east, the world-famous Cherokee Sound bonefish flats to the west and the deserted postcard beaches of Winding Bay gradually curving off to the northern horizon. The Hill's amenities also include Satellite TV, VCR and a FM/AM radio. The Hill is a truly self-sufficient home, with solar energy and/or generator power, propane powered appliances and rain water cisterns. All of the home's systems are modern and new.

  • Located high on one of the tallest hills on Abaco, Top Of The Hill is 5 miles south of the increasingly popular settlement of Little Harbour, home of Pete Johnson's Art Gallery & Foundry and the genuinely island-flavored Pete's Pub. The Hill is just two miles north of Cherokee Sound, one of the last really untouched areas of the Abacos. Cherokee Sound is a small, clean and quiet settlement populated by fishermen and homebuilders. Cherokee offers a small, well-stocked grocery store, fuel, ice and laundry services, and bone-fishing guides can be hired. The residents are very friendly, and you can spend many memorable hours making new friends and learning about the legends of Cherokee.

  • You may also journey south from The Hill to Sandy Point, the nearest settlement to Disney's "Castaway Cay" and home of the Abacos' conch fishing industry. The nearest airport is conveniently located just 20 miles (about 30 minutes) away in Marsh Harbour. Entertainment in Marsh Harbour includes a new movie theater, a wide selection of exceptional and interesting restaurants, local bars and native entertainment, boat, car and scooter rentals, souvenir shops and much more.
