Blazing, lingering scarlet sunsets and swimming are the specialty here on this spectacular Lake Huron private cove. Calm clear waters, ideal for children of all ages as gradual shallow entry. Clean sheltered swimming right out front with some stone and some sand, plus smaller kids sandy gradual entry shore edge platform/sundeck area beside cottage which stays shallow for at least 50 feet out with tadpoles and frogs to occupy/preoccupy/capture/excite! Older kids and adults can swim further out the cove to end of point for greater adventure. Early morning fishing along the shore can be very rewarding!
Stunning property with charming vintage "English Style" stone cottage sits nestled in the trees directly on the water, and fronts on a very quiet cove with exceptional views. Extend the evening with a blazing red sunset, the signal of the end of another perfect day at the lake. Property extends beyond the trees to afford maximum shoreline views from water's edge grassed yard and raised dock. A real sense of peace and tranquility exists as no water traffic enters cove due to lower water levels.
Grounds are dotted with flowering ground covers, stone walkways and paths, and raised stone ledges to sit and ponder after a bike ride on the peaceful gravel road or go for an early morning dip.
