Villa Phantasia is situated in a very quiet residential area of Ibrag. However it is only a five minute drive away from Paceville, the hub of Malta's recreational area where one can find loads of pubs, restaurants, shopping mall, casino, cinemas, bowling, imax theatre, nightclubs and sandy beach.
Villa Phantasia is a five star private holiday villa with large swimming pool, large games room, gym, and an outdoor area comprising of a children's play area with swings, seesaw, slide, outdoor Finnish sauna, a five hole crazy golf course, and free internet use, for the perfect holiday.
The main bedroom has a large terrace with excellent sea and country views. It has a queen size bed, a separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom, air-condition, telephone, and room to room intercom.
Two other twin bedrooms that can be set to double or triple, both air-conditioned, and room to room intercom.
Large lounge with fireplace, cable TV, sofa which can be turned into a double bed and another sofa bed in the living area, thus making the villa accommodate up to a maximum of twelve adults. It also has a large picture window with excellent views and large door leading to the garden and swimming pool.
An excellently equipped kitchen/dining with refrigerator, freezer, electric oven/microwave, electric hob, and all necessary utensils. It is also air-conditioned, has a cast iron stove, cable TV and room to room intercom. The kitchen leads to a sunroom and to the pool area.
In the utility room one can make use of the washing machine, dishwasher, and ironing board.
The villa also has a main bathroom, and an extra shower room.
The pool is approximately thirty two feet by thirty feet, with a large pool deck, barbeque, outside shower, gazebo, outside dining area, large terrace and garden.
In the games room there is a full size snooker table, pool table, table tennis, dartboard, air hockey table, table soccer and gym. All games free to use. There is also a shower room and room to room intercom.
An air-conditioned car and a people carrier are included with the villa.
