This 1920's Historic Inn with unique atmosphere of nostalgia and charm
is set in parklands on the Steavenson River, close to the heart of Marysville.
Accommodation available: - Standard double rooms - 2 bedroom units - 2-3 bedroom self-contained cottages. The Units: There are 6 motel style units, 4 Standard double units, 1 twin room and 1 Two Bedroom Unit. Standard double units: Quaint "cottage-style" units set in parkland on the Steavenson River. These "stand-alone" units have en-suite bathrooms; tea/coffee/toast making facilities; refrig; heating/cooling; TV. All linen and towels are provided. The Twin Room is the same as a standard unit except it has 1 double bed + 1 single in same room. River Cottage: - (2 night minimum.) Two bedroom self-contained cottage with one queen bedroom and one twin bedroom, large bathroom, full kitchen, eating area. Lounge with wood heater plus wall panel heating and ceiling fan, TV. All linen and towels provided. Cedar Cottage: - (2 night minimum.) Charming three bedroom , fully equipped house with one queen bedroom, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom (plus sofa-bed in lounge). Large country kitchen and eating area, adjoining sun-deck with BBQ. Cosy lounge with a wood heater, comfy seating, TV/Video and great views. Central heating. Linen and towels provided. Ellies Restaurant RESTAURANTS and BAR/BISTRO In the unique atmosphere of nostalgia and casual elegance, you can enjoy a drink by the open fires in the beautiful Red Gum Bar and dine by candle light in the charming "Ellie's" Licensed Restaurant. The Bistro offers a "Kid's Menu" and toy area. The "Riverandah Cafe" is a popular outdoor eating area in warmer weather. All have great food at "good-value" prices and a large range of wines to choose from [many local]. The Ballroom for weddings, functions, entertainment and dancing, can seat 60 - 80 people with additional space available on the adjacent 'Riverandah'. Riverandah Cafe The "Riverandah Cafe" is a popular outdoor eating area in warmer weather. All have great food at "good-value" prices and a large range of wines to choose from [many local]. Weddings With its beautiful gardens, romantic atmosphere and spacious function rooms, Crossways Historic Country Inn is the perfect venue for your romantic, country-style wedding... whether you want a formal dinner in the Restaurant (60-100 people) , a garden party occasion or a fingerfood Buffet (100 or more people!)
