Palm Cove Tropic Apartments

 Following are a few points of interest that hopefully will help you to make the decision to come and visit us soon. Our 1 & 2 bedroom apartments are fully self contained, (meaning ovens & cooktops, microwaves, washing machine & dryer, refrigerator etc are included.) King size beds are standard with additional single beds in our 2 bedroom units. All our units are air conditioned and we boast a 4 star rating within our Industry. A heated lagoon style pool and spacious BBQ area is the main future of our complex. A free book/magazine library is also situated in reception. Every room has a DVD player (which plays CD as well), with a good range of DVD`s available for hire at Reception. We are situated 50-100 metres from the beach. Shops, restaurants and café`s are within a few minutes walk. Tours to the Great Barrier Reef or up into the beauty of the Tablelands Rainforests are available from our office, along with a multitude of other interesting things to do. Palm Cove is situated approximately 20 mins by car, north of the airport. 25-30 minutes driving, gets you back into the city of Cairns. If you so desire, Sandy can provide a Breakfast Hamper into your room catering to 4 people. Car Rental is available from our Resort, or if you would prefer, we can arrange for door to door transfers both to & from the Airport, in air conditioned comfort. Please let me know if you would like me to make a booking for you. The weather is warm with light breezes from May through to September. October to April is warmer still, with higher humidity during these months. We have a small conference/function room on site. This facility also houses our Internet “Chat Room” once connected.
