The Fish Hook Marina and Hotel is built out over the water in Golfito Bay. We have six oversized luxury rooms all with giant picture windows looking out to the water.Each room is furnished with a rare local woods, hand carved doors and headboards, tile showers, satellite TV and state of the art air conditioning. The rooms surround the open air bar and restaurant. The Bar and dining area face west looking over the marina and into the setting sun. The most comfortable atmosphere welcomes you and your guests after long days of fishing. Our staff is fully trained to provide American style service and speak fluent English. Our state of the art kitchen produces the finest in both American and Costa Rican cuisines. Attention to detail and customer service are the top priority for our staff and they take great pride in being able to serve you better every day. The Bar is the centerpiece of the building and provides ample seating for over 14 guests. Relax and enjoy a cocktail and listen to some of the biggest lies ever told in sportfishing. The ceiling above the dining room features murals from local marine artists. Bar and dining room are open 7 days a week from 5 am until 10 pm. Marina With its complete package of convenience, service and atmosphere, the Fish Hook is quickly becoming the lodge of choice for the sport fish enthusiast. Whether it's fishing a month or two for Marlin, looking for safe harbor during the summer, or simply sailing though, the Fish Hook is currently offering slips for lease in its brand new 20-slip marina. The floating-pier system is located directly in back of the newly renovated Fish Hook Lodge and offers slips from 35' to 135' in length with 100 AMP service on the t-head and 30/50 AMP service on all other slips. Also available is high-speed internet and concierge services. Lodge The Lodge offers six spacious guest rooms four with double Queens and two with single Kings. The rooms surround the large, newly renovated open-air bar and restaurant that overlooks the bay of Golfito The well-stocked bar & restaurant, with a sofa lounge and multiple satellite flat screen TV's, is the perfect place to end your day while awaiting the preparation of the day's fresh catch. Area activities: Sportfishing, Surfing, Nature Excursions, Waterfall, Horseback Riding. Full WiFi Internet Service. Sunset Bar & Restaurant The menu is seafood-focused but spans a variety of continental dishes, such as chicken curry and steak sureno (basically steak parmagiana in a white wine sauce).
