 A Lovely Beach Hotel in Montezuma El Sano Banano Beach Hotel and Ylang-Ylang Beach Resort are one and the same. We've decided to change our name to accent our surroundings and call attention to our new Ylang-Ylang Beach Restaurant & VuJadé Juice & Cocktail Bar. Both hotels are under the same ownership and management. We're located on a lovely beach in Costa Rica's unusual Nicoya Peninsula, a 10 minute walk from the village center. Our Beach Hotel is nestled on 20 acres of lush gardens and natural vegetation that span a quarter mile of beachfront. Monkeys, Iguanas, Coatis, Kinkajous and many other forms of wildlife roam the area freely... Since we are located directly on the beach, away from noisy roads, we are happy to transport you and your luggage to our property on your arrival and departure days. Ylang-Ylang Restaurant and Vu Jade Lounge is our lovely new Restaurant located right on the beach in a stunning setting. Our Village Restaurant & Café, El Sano Banano, which is located a 10 minute walk to town from our beach hotel, can provide you with fun, food & drink, shopping and Internet access. Both our Beach & Village locations provide tour information & reservations. Our Village Cafe Suites are located directly above the restaurant and offer warm water, Satellite T.V. and A.C. They are very comfortable, quiet rooms for those who prefer in town comfort. Horseback riding along the coast, tours to Cabo Blanco Reserve & Isla Tortuga, Diving, Birdwatch tours, Bicycle & Motorbike rentals, Massage and Gift shopping are happening year-round. Both of our Restaurants & Café offer a large selection of delicious treats for everyone; We're open from 7am to 10pm and offer the best shakes & smoothies in town, delicious lunches and fabulous dinners.
