Ft. Myers Beach, Florida - House for Rent
Our Beach Retreat houses are located in Fort Myers Beach, Florida, situated on the Gulf of Mexico at the same latitude as Fort Lauderdale. This is one of the safest beaches in the world.
The entire stretch of sugary sand is open to the public, providing miles of strolling, swimming and sunset watching.
Each house has been equipped with:
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances
- Laundry: full size washer and dryer
- DSL internet connection
- 2 cable TV's, DVD Player, VCR, CD Player
- Linens and bathroom towels (please bring beach towels)
- Sofabed in living room
- BBQ (w/ charcoal)
- Deck furniture, loungers and outside shower
All houses have a private deck facing the beach and access to a heated swimming pool. Our five single family homes on Estero Blvd. are grouped around the pool. Each of our three duplexes on Gulf Road have their own pool, so for groups renting both sides of a duplex, there is a private pool.
Our two locations are both mid-island in residential areas. The Estero location is very close to the Publix grocery store, the Gulf Road location is just north of the Holiday Inn.
Our two locations offer different beach areas. The Estero Blvd. properties are situated on a section of beach that has a seawall with the house yards being kept clear of native vegetation and steps down onto the public beach.
The Gulf Road properties are situated on a section of beach that has been kept more natural, with the houseyards having small dunes and native sea oates (paths to the public beach are kept cleared).
Both locations offer exceptional sunsets, miles of beach to walk and the Gulf Gulf of Mexico at your doorstep.
