Our Bed and Breakfast consists of two large century homes located in the heart of High Park.

We offer two types of accommodation styles: Traditional bed and breakfast with full vegetarian breakfast is offered at 92 Indian Grove, and self-contained one-bedroom suites with full kitchen at 89 Indian Grove.

Keele subway station is located within a short 2 minute walk from our homes - providing an easy and fast access to downtown and attractions.

  • Large 1910 artist/designer home completely restored with flair and all modern conveniences. Dark woodwork, leaded glass windows, hardwood floors, multiple fireplaces, luxurious bathrooms.
  • Guests are invited to relax or join in for conversation in our living room. Enjoy wood burning fireplace and television in our family room. In the summer months take a moment to unwind in our back garden to the sound of a fountain, or catch the afternoon sun on our porch.
  • Full vegetarian breakfast is served in our dining room between 8:30-9:30 am (other times by arrangement).
  • Small dog "Pepi" and friendly cat "Kitty" in residence.
  • High-speed wireless internet, cable tv

  • Set atop of a hill, with an elaborate stone landscaping, and an inviting wrap-around porch.
  • We offer THREE elegant renovated one-bedroom suites. Each one comes totally furnished and equipped including a bedroom, kitchen, living/dining room and a private bathroom.
  • We provide you with fresh linens once a week & towels every third day, as well as one per week suite cleaning.
  • Ensuite cable TV, dvd player
  • Prepare your own meals in full private kitchen. Complementary breakfast first morning. Additional days breakfast available at 92 Indian Grove for an extra fee.
  • No in-house pets present.
