Truly one of the most fabulous homes in Pedregal, Villa Magna has just under gone a complete renovation (May 2002). The entire house has been refurnished with luxurious beds and linens, furnishings, appliances and electronics. The large courtyard centers around a fountain and is surrounded by lush green lawns and landscaping featuring two whimsical tree sculptures of birds. The double door entrance of the house has light marble floors and a unique circular aviary with a small waterfall. The living has deep rich couches and an entertainment center. The formal dining room seats 8. The kitchen has a large island, 2 sub zero stainless steel refrigerators, a large viking range and a TV. This living, dining, kitchen area has a balcony overlooking the pool. There are three bedrooms in the main part of the house as well as a media room, three outside guest suites and servant*s quarters.

-Sports Fishing Los Cabos has long had a reputation for great sports fishing and it is easy to see why. The spot where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean is home to over 850 species of marine life, earning it the nick name -Big Game Fishing Capital of the World-. About 40,000 marlin and swordfish are caught here each year- more than any other destination. Other types of sports fish include- Sailfish, Tuna, Dorado, Wahoo and Roosterfish. -Golf Golf in paradise. Enjoy some of the world's most beautiful golf courses. Let us arrange your tee times for you, we are happy to be able to extend discounted rates to our guests. N.B. Tee times are held on a credit card and fees are non-refundable within 72 hours of the tee time. -Kayaking Want to stay in shape while on vacation- How about a 3 hour guided kayak tour to Land's End. Both double and single seater kayaks are available. If you prefer to go it alone, leave the guide behind. -ATV Ready to get down and dirty- The 3 hour ATV tour to the old lighthouse is possibly the most fun you can have in Cabo. Take your choice of racing through the dry water tracks or cruising up and down the beautiful sand dunes. You will stay there to view the incredible sunset on the Pacific Ocean before heading back to town. Or, if an organized group activity is not your thing, you can also rent the ATVs by the hour or day. ....Please Note- Children under 12 cannot drive, but can ride with an adult. -Booze Cruise What can we say- This is pretty self explanatory. The Jungle Cruise has two sailings a day, one in the afternoon which goes to Santa Maria Bay for snorkeling (and boozing) and a sunset cruise to get your evening off to a lot of fun. Drinks are unlimited on both tours so be careful amigos. Cost for the afternoon snorkeling tour is 35 USD per person and includes all equipment, life jackets, soft drinks, tropical drinks, and beer, a light lunch, and whale watching (in season). Cost of the sunset booze cruise is 30 USD per person and includes: dance, reggae, and party music, unlimited drinks and that incredible Mexican sunset. -Horseback Riding What could be more romantic than horseback riding on the beach at sunset. Children must be at least 5 years old and accompanied by an adult. Para-Sailing See the Cabo area from a Pelican's point of view. Para-sailing, either single or tandem around the Bay of Cabo San Lucas is a great way to check out the scenery. .... Children under 12 years of age must fly tandem with an adult. Combined weight must be less than 300 lbs. -Snorkeling Our snorkeling tour to Santa Maria Bay is incredible. This is a 3 hour tour and includes all snorkeling equipment, (mask, snorkel and fins), an open bar and appetizers. The boat ride from Cabo's main dock is approximately 20 minutes with great music and free drinks. The stop for snorkeling is approximately 2 hours which is not nearly enough time to see all of the fish. Our other snorkeling tour is 3 hours at Pelican Rock. We take a water taxi to Pelican Beach (approximately 5 minutes) and get right into the water. There are hundreds of different varieties of fish to swim with and water and sodas are provided. Equipment (mask, snorkel and fins) are provided. -Surfing Come and enjoy the most beautiful waves in Baja. Only a real local can show your the secret spots. Lessons Never surfed before- Its ok amigos, lessons are available. Local Tours- Full day surfing tours to local spots 60 USD per person and includes transportation, drinks and equipment. 1/2 day tours not available. -Scuba Diving Come and float in the peaceful tranquility of the depths, (no experience needed!) There are mucho local dive sites of varying depths and skill level requirements in Los Cabos. -Sunset Cruise Baja California has some of the most amazing sunsets in the world. Our daily sunset cruise is the setting to view this remarkable sight. The tour is 3 hours and includes open bar, dinner, music and dancing and all the romance you can handle. -Whale Watching Los Cabos is right in the path of the California Grey Whales migratory path. From January through the end April, these magnificent creatures pass right past our shorelines with their calves. If you want to get up close and personal with these amazing animals, you can go either on an organized charter, or on a private panga. A private panga will seat up to 6 people -Wave Runners Get ready for a wet and wild experience around Cabo Bay- Come and enjoy the wind in your hair and the sun on your back. You can go all the way out the sea lion colony at the Arch and get crazy rider.

- FABRICA DE VIDRIO- See artisans at work at the small glass factory that produces beautiful hand-blown items. - EL ARCO- The boat ride to El Arco should not be missed. This naturally-hewn rock formation at land's end was carved by centuries of pounding waves and wind. You can either rent your own skiff in the marina or at Medano Beach, or head out on an escorted glass-bottom boat. - LOVER'S BEACH The excursion to Lover's Beach Playa del Amor is fun. This remote, although increasingly crowded cove, offers an ideal picnic spot with its calm waters, excellent snorkeling and towering stone cliffs. - LIGHTHOUSE AT CABO FALSO- The old lighthouse at Cabo Falso lies a few kilometers outside of Cabo San Lucas. The abandoned shell of the original building rests atop sand dunes overlooking the cape. Access is only by horseback or all-terrain vehicles, both of which can be rented in downtown Cabo.
