Located in the heart of the French Quarter on the corner of world famous Bourbon and Toulouse Streets. Most rooms have balconies that overlook Bourbon Street, Toulouse Street and the pool/courtyard. This can lead to an overdraft situation. Should this occur, please note that Ramada Plaza Hotel The Inn On Bourbon will not be responsible for overdraft charges Full prepayment will be charged for special events and forfeited if not cancelled within the allotted time frame. Inn on Bourbon Hotel is open to guests while the rebuilding of New Orleans goes on around us. Although some hotel services are not available and others are limited you can be sure that your stay will be comfortable and the French Quarter remains the most exciting neighborhood in the world. As our guest, we would like to make you aware of these temporary changes. Due to the displacement of our staff, we are unable to provide daily housekeeping services. We will try to provide service two to three times a week until staff levels are increased to their normal levels. Towels and limited amenities will be available from the front desk by request. Front desk and telephone operator service will not be available during the overnight hours. Guest laundry and dry cleaners services are not available at this time. Bell service is currently not available, however if you need to use a bell cart, one will be provided for you. Due to current curfew hours, no guest automobiles can be placed or removed from our parking lot from the hours of 8 pm until 6 am. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
